It's been so long.... - Blimey, time flies, and house extensions seem to have taken most of it up. Anyway you may remember some months ago I talked about the handbrake being less than efficient. I thought as part of my quest to fix all the various oil leaks and little niggles, that I'd investigate further. Hmmm. On removing the drum I found a lot of oil. The rear output ... - 2009/07/14

Harrowing times - Well after many inches of snow, spring briefly arrived last weekend, and having emptied the trailer of the mower, in readyness for work to start on that, a quick journey to the next village resulted in the purchase of a good heavy secondhand set of harrows. A brief update, Repro master cylinder, worse than the original, so decided to refurbish the original (again) and have another go. Brakes now seem like they are coming back so a few more goes with the ezeibleed and hopefully that be that... - 2008/07/30

Short update on progress - A brief progress update. I've no bought a new (repro) master cylinder since my last attempts at changing the seals on the old one didn't fix the leak, so I can only conclude it needs a full refurb. I've fitted the reproduction one, now just the tedium of bleeding the system. I've taken some time off this week so expect more soon. as an aside, why a... - 2008/06/03
