HELP RESOURCES: This site is for the victims of natural disasters all over the world. It used to be "Help Victims of Hurricane Katrina", however, from the nuclear crises in Japan to the tornadoes and more in the United States that have left paths of despair in their wake, this site is now entitled Help Victims of Natural Disasters. It is a world wide outreach to those is need. What sites are appropriate? HELP RESOURCES, VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS, PRAYERS, SUPPORT, ASSISTANCE, DONATIONS OF CLOTHING, PSYCHOLOGICAL/SPIRITUAL SUPPORT. Your site MUST have a way to reach out and HELP those in need. Let's light up Webring with a ring full of support, hope, assistance, aid and healing. This isn't so much a commercial venture- commercial sites are welcome, but they MUST have links or information for people to support victims of natural disaters world wide. Thank you.
