Metropolitan Air Post Society
The Metropolitan Air Post Society, MAPS, is an association of aerophilatelists: started as the Metropolitan Airmail Cover Club, MACC, in 1941. We still collect covers as souvenirs of memorable air mail and aviation events. Now the emphasis is increasingly in air post history, and the development of aviation, airlines and air mail services.

The Airmail Society of New Zealand was founded in 1930 and remains today at the forefront of aviation philately with the regular publication of reference books, holding of auctions and publication of a monthly newsletter.
Irish Airmail Society
The Irish Airmail Society was founded in 1989, coincidentally, on the 50th Anniversary of the first regular trans-Atlantic passenger and airmail service to Foynes. The member's interests are varied but include, Early Flights, Rates, Routes, Recent Irish Flights, Aerogrammes, Airmail Stamps and Etiquettes, etc.
