The race for the leading driver's crown is as hot as the weather and the way things look, the final month of the season will decide who captures the title. Fisher Jr. now has lead in driver's race Ray Fisher Jr. used a six-win night on Wednesday en route to an 11-victory week to take over the lead. He now has 132 wins with John Cummings Jr. sitting in second place with 129 wins. Fisher Jr. also had doubles on Saturday and Sunday. Ron Beback Jr.was on fire as well, registering triples on Friday and Saturday nights and a double on Wednesday. Beback Jr. also posted three wins as a trainer. Cummings Jr. had a double on Friday and three victories on Saturday to keep within range of Fisher Jr. Jack Flanigen had five wins on the week including a double Friday evening and David McNeight III, who sits in fourth place in the standings, had a double on Saturday. McNeight III is just 10 wins away from the 100-mark plateau on the season at Buffalo. Shawn McDonough scored a two-bagger on Friday night and former Western New York regulars Jim Morrill Jr. and Jeff Gregory had three and two wins respectivelya  during Sunday afternoon's card.
