New Hampshire: Join Us This Autumn for Animal Advocacy Meetings!
We are excited to announce we’ll be hosting two Effective Advocacy for Animals meetings in New Hampshire in late October and early November. At these open-to-all events, we will share tips for becoming a great citizen animal advocate. These meetings will be invigorating, informative and inspirational—we’d love to have you there! At the trainings, you’ll join fellow animal lovers from your community to learn about key animal issues currently before the State Legislature and how you can help us fight to defend current protections for farm animals. An extremely dangerous bill—H.B. 110, commonly known as the “Ag-Gag” bill—recently passed the House Environment and Agriculture Committee. H.B. 110 purports to protect animals, but in reality it would prevent undercover investigators and concerned employees from ever documenting patterns of animal abuse on farm operations, and this documentation is required to build a strong case and hold abusers accountable. Please join us, along with our friends from The Humane Society of the United States, at one or both of these special meetings. Don’t miss out on this opportunity—and please pass this invitation along to your friends and neighbors.
